We loaded this beer with chocolate and milk sugar, and plenty of choice malts, for this very purpose. Then, in keeping with our usual theme, we named it after the album that made Miles Davis famous. The Birth of the Cool was innovative, and it birthed the genre known as ’cool jazz’. We hope people will think our beer is innovative, but we doubt our beer will give birth to a new style of beer. That said, it’s pretty great for celebrating your birth, and we think you’re cool if you think so too. Enjoy The Birth of the Cool (that’s you!).
